How much will my property earn?
That depends on location, size, season, finish, and amenities. Request a free earnings estimate via the form below — we'll come back with a realistic ADR (average daily rate) and occupancy projection based on comparable properties in your area, not a salesperson's wishful number.
What's the all-in fee?
20% of gross booking revenue, plus GST. That covers everything operational — listing, pricing, guest comms, cleaning coordination, in-house maintenance, monthly reporting. No setup fees, no separate photography fee, no "premium" upgrade tiers. Guest cleaning fees are paid by the guest as standard.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The management agreement is month-to-month. Cancel with reasonable notice — typically 30 days so we can wind down existing bookings cleanly. Lock-in contracts protect bad operators, not good ones.
What happens when something breaks?
We fix it. This is the deadplumb advantage. Most managers coordinate a tradie — meaning a quote, a wait, and a markup. We have a builder on the team, so most maintenance issues are handled same-day at trade rates. Major works are quoted transparently before any spend.
Which platforms will you list on?
Airbnb is the primary channel. We also distribute across Stayz, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Google Vacation Rentals — with channel-manager-driven calendar sync to prevent double-bookings. Multi-channel typically lifts occupancy 15–25% over Airbnb-only.
Will I get an owner dashboard?
You'll get a monthly performance report — occupancy, ADR, gross revenue, expenses itemised, maintenance log, and a tax-ready statement. Real-time dashboards are something we're rolling out; for now, you have direct access to the operator on a WhatsApp line, which most owners say beats logging in to check stats.
Do you handle properties that aren't short-stay ready?
Yes — that's actually our sweet spot. Because we also do renovations, we can scope and deliver the fit-out, then transition the property straight into management. One quote, one operator, one timeline from build to first booking.
What areas do you cover?
Mandurah and the Peel coastal corridor (Halls Head, Falcon, Dawesville, and surrounds) are our core area. We also manage properties across the Rockingham-Kwinana corridor and Perth metropolitan south. Travel zone capped at 45 minutes from base for responsive maintenance.
