What does the inspection cover?
All accessible areas: roof void, sub-floor, exterior, interior, electrical (visual assessment), plumbing (visual assessment), wet areas, drainage, doors and windows, and external grounds. Anything outside the standard scope is noted and recommended for specialist follow-up where appropriate.
Do you do pest inspections too?
We focus on building inspections. For combined building-and-pest inspections we work with a trusted timber-pest specialist who attends the same site visit — one appointment, two reports, often a saving on doing them separately.
Are you insured?
